“Within the last few months, I decided to catch up on Siberia. Siberia features a diverse cast, ranging from ex-bouncers to fashion models, all of which enter the game with hopes of winning an extraordinary sum of money. Sound familiar? Having once been a big fan of Survivor, it was obvious where the show got its roots, but as the show continues it feels less and less like a game. The show disintegrates the lines between reality TV and drama, leaving the viewer to distinguish what is fabricated and what is real. I recommend Siberia to anyone fascinated by the group dynamics featured in reality TV, while also looking for something more psychological and ultimately thrilling.”

“I do like cop shows, but Almost Human has a different feel than most – in this show, the partners aren’t a cop and another cop, but a human cop and his android counterpart. Set in a future with an astronomical rise in crime, Almost Human handles the difficult topic of what makes a human and peppers its exploration with explosions, mystery-solving, and humor. I’m a little behind, but I can’t wait to see where this show will take me.”
